This antique Victorian brooch was made to mark a special year! A year to remember. A birth, a marriage, an anniversary...or possibly a passing.. A unique and very sweet commemorative brooch for the year 1892 crafted in both 15Ct and 9ct gold and inlaid with tiny seed pearls. It has a ball at the head of the pin and closes with a hinged pin and C-clasp. The numbers themselves test for high grade gold between 14 and 18ct on a Kee Gold tester and acid test and the pin tests for 9ct gold. Weight: 3.79 grams
