A shining star and her partners have definitely made a special appearance in this beautiful 18ct gold Edwardian wedding band! Crafted in the early 20th century when gaslights still flickered in drawing rooms and love letters were sealed with wax this ring captures the romance of a slower more deliberate age. Set with hand-faceted Old Cut diamonds, the central diamond is set in a delicately etched starburst setting, flanked by two diamonds in more simple starcut settings. Each radiate that deep candlelit glow that modern stones don’t possess! The band itself has a gentle taper, with a bold 6.7mm across the face narrowing down to 2.5mm at the base which provides both substance and comfort. The crispness of it’s hallmarks have been worn away by time and love but evidence of them remain.
