Rare Miniature Portrait Swivel Ring. Such a romantic piece. This swivel ring displays a portrait miniature of a man on one side and a beautiful engraved gold plaque on the other. Rings like this, that could be transformed into a pendant, were popular at the end of the 18th, beginning of the 19th century. This ring is particularly romantic with an engraving in French that reads “Il est tout à moy” or “He is all mine”. So very rare. There are a few of this shape in the Alice & Louis Koch Collection in the Swiss National Museum.
