Estate Italian 18kt yellow gold citrine domed pendant/brooch with white gold roping detail on the open scalloped frame, circa 1950’s, with a emerald citrine (33cts) that hangs vertically as a pendant and horizontally as a brooch measuring 2” long (without the detachable bail) and 1-1/2” wide and hallmarked “750” in horizontal lozenge and the makers mark “171 AL” (Visconti Giusto Vicolo Baretti, 10 Alessandria)
